    we have on again off again hot water from our rinnai ; it operates sometimes and sometimes not . we know there will be hot water when we hear a vibration or growling sound from the basement. no sound, no hot, sound hot. this sound does not continue. it stops and the hot keeps flowing. can you explain this? i have not seen this said or described anywhere. is there a cure?
